This antique rug print Christmas stocking is made of the softest most luxurious printed velvet you could ever imagine!

This series of stockings uses images of vintage rugs dating from the 17th-19th centuries. 

- top edge and backing are made of unbleached washed 100% linen fabric. 

- medium weight upholstery quality velvet, thinner than an actual rug.

- incredibly soft polyester velvet ... it feels very similar to silk velvet. We use poly velvet (instead of silk or cotton) because it allows for rich print colours and higher durability and washability.

- cotton/rayon fringe

- hand wash in cold water, lay flat to dry
