The Fall 2011 collection was Inspired by burning fields, golden wheat, clusters of flax buds, endless blue skies and starry nights and had the pleasure of collaborating with Montreal artist Jen Storey. After discussing the history of the burning fields/prairie life Jen created 4 original paintings which were then digitally printed on silk and used to create 2 dresses, a decorative trim used on a blouse and a collar. Jens work encompasses her love for all things classic. From a love of color, pattern and line to the exploration of reality and the subconscious.
