Amy Wong

Amy Wong (b. 1981, Toronto) has lived and worked in Toronto, Montreal, Amsterdam, Xiamen, Brooklyn, Barcelona and Miami. She received her BFA at Concordia University, her post-graduate studies at De Ateliers and is currently pursuing her MFA at York University.

For the Norwegian Wood Spring 2014 collection Amy created an abstract painting, which was then flipped and rotated time and again to create an abstract repeating grid, which was then digitally printed on silk and made into a cropped tee and shorts.
